Swaddle for Babies

When it comes to ensuring your baby is safe, secure and warm whilst in her cot, nothing can compare to the age old tradition of swaddling.  It has been shown that wrapping a young baby can reduce the chances of SIDS, as it helps keep the child on her back and removes loose items such as sheets and blankets from the cot.

It's a great idea to invest in a few muslin wraps before your baby comes and Aden and Anais Swaddles are perfect for this task.  Checkout this page for more information about swaddling and the Aden and Anais brand.

A couple of things to keep in mind before you buy any muslin wraps or swaddles for your child.

- Keep in mind the season.  If it's hot get the lighter wraps.  If it's cold get the heavy duty style.

- Size, get a range of sizes or if budget is a concern just get the larger wraps.  As your child grows, the smaller wraps may not fit.

- Get 100% cotton wraps that are also breathable.  This is important especially if your baby has sensitive skin.

These are just a few things to consider when buying a Swaddle for Babies
